If something on EasySay is wrong, we want to know.
Tell us on the contact page. When we confirm a mistake, we fix the page, change its updated date and add a dated line to the log below. A confirmed correction is never hidden, and a line is never removed from the log.

How to report a mistake
Use the contact page and choose A correction. Say which page it is, what is wrong and what you think it should say.
If you can, name the official source. Please do not send passport numbers or case details.
What happens next
- We check what you sent against the official source.
- If you are right, we fix the page and change the date it was last updated.
- We add a line to the log below with the date, the page and what changed.
- If we cannot confirm it, we leave the page as it is. If you gave an email address and asked us to reply, we tell you why.
